An Audience with Mark Smith
in aid of the
MBF Festival 2030
On Friday 14th October 2022 the MBF Essex Mark Festival 2030 held another successful fund-raising event at Saxon Hall, Southend which was hosted and run by Viking Lodge No.1564. There were 150 people in attendance, including wives, partners, family and friends and all were totally enthralled by the stories that Mark Smith covered, including his role as a military expert on the Antiques Roadshow and many militaria stories from the past. The event raised the fantastic total of £2,500 for the festival.
