The Ark "Drops Anchor" at Chelmer Lodge
The Travelling Ark continued its’ journey around the Province when a contingent of members from Beaconsfield RAM Lodge No 205 delivered it into the safe keeping of Chelmer RAM Lodge No 342 on the 9th of April, the third Lodge to receive the wonderfully built Ark.
The Worshipful Commander of Beaconsfield, W. Bro. Derek Sandell, made the presentation to W. Bro. Ian Gager at the beginning of the meeting, prior to W. Bro. Ian installing Bro. Barrie Harding into the Worshipful Commanders Chair. All of this was done under the careful gaze of W. Bro. Paul Snoad, who was charged with ensuring that the transfer passed smoothly.
An enjoyable afternoon and evening was had by all those in attendance.
