Tuesday the 4th of October. A Tuesday which saw the coming together of 52 Essex Mark men and friends, at the Crowstone Chinese dinner extravaganza in Zen City Westcliff.
This was the eighth annual event that Crowstone Lodge has organised for charity.
Once again, this year was in aid of Festival 2030. £535 was raised and presented to A.P.G.M., Richard Goodwin by one of the event organisers John Engledew.
A good night shared with good company and good food.
Plans are already in hand for next year, only this time we are looking to improve on our event by holding it on a Sunday afternoon.
Put the date in your diary, Sunday 8th October 2023, from 1.00pm till 5.00pm. A bumper afternoon of fun and food is planned.
