Wayfarers Lodge Chinese Banquet Evening - 2021
The Wayfarers Lodge No.1096 of Mark Master Masons held their first fundraising evening on Thursday 28 October at The Banquet Restaurant, Stanway in aid of the MBF Festival 2030 .
There were 40 Mark Men and their partners that sat down to a very enjoyable chinese meal. There was a good atmosphere with the guests enjoying the first Festival social event in Colchester.
The South of the Province were represented by The Assistant Provincial Grand Master W.Bro. Richard Goodwin and four other members of the MBF Festival 2030 committee were in attendance to lend their support, having braved the journey North!!

W.Bro. Richard gave a short speech outlining to all what the festival is all about and how monies raised are distributed, the evening concluded with a raffle the prizes all being donated by those present, and raised the very tidy sum of £395 towards the MBF Festival 2030.
Wayfarers Lodge are planning an event in March 2022 which will be a carvery evening.
Everyone parted company looking forward to the next event an dour guests from the South enjoyed their journey back down the A12.
