Saturday 23rd of March saw "Mauly" continue its journey around the Province under the protection of the "Waddoups " Clan.
They were accompanied by W.Bro. Gordon Haslam to present the Maul to St. Katharine's Lodge No. 1026 who meet at Fraternity Hall, Leigh on Sea.
The Maul was presented to their Master, by W.Bro. Geoff Waddoups in fine form and he ensured that the scroll was duly signed.
The Maul was gratefully received by their Master, W.Bro. Martin Parsons, who used the Maul for the remainder of the meeting. He thanked the members of Isthmian Lodge for visiting them, and that he looked forward to presenting the Maul to Boleyn Castle Lodge to continue its travels around the Province.

26 March l saw the latest handover made by W.Bro Martin Parsons of St. Katherines to W. Bro Vic Oliver the reigning master of Boleyn Castle 998. Although no formal ceremony was held, there was a lengthy business agenda and Mauly was well used.
The collection at the Festive board raised £33.70 for the Festival and Mauly's next stop will be Crowstone on 18 April.

Thursday 18 April saw Mauly continues his journey this time from Boleyn Castle 998 at Hutton to Crowstone 945 at Southend.
Three members of Boleyn Castle made the journey to Saxon Hall and a very enjoyable meeting and Festive Board ensued. The collection at the Festive Board raised the excellent sum of £83 for the 2030 Festival.

Friday 14th June saw Mauly travel to London to Mark Masons Hall where a number of Crowstone members presented it to the Worshipful Master of Fillebrook Mark Lodge 944, W Bro Gordon McLean. Mauly was then used for the remainder of the meeting and will next be on its way to Saxon Hall for the September meeting of Essex Installed Mark Masters.
At the Festive.board the collection box was passed around and raised a very impressive £116.00 for the Festival.
